Sumner Group Health supplies the SGH N95 Respirator.
The SGH particulate respirator is a lightweight, disposable, flat folded particulate-filtering facepiece respirator that meets the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) N95 classification of air filtration, meaning that it filters at least 95% of airborne particles.
The SGH N95 is >95% efficient at filtering 0.3µm particles. This includes the ability to filter large
fluid droplets (0.5 µm) created during talking, coughing, and sneezing which are common routes of
transmission of water borne viruses like influenza/Covid-19. The respirators are contour-fit tested to ensure that infectious droplets and particles do not leak around the respirator.
The SGH N95 particulate respirator is constructed of 4 layers of non-woven fabric which offers outstanding protection whilst providing excellent breathability and permeability. The respirators are skin-friendly and soft to aid comfort and allow longer wear time. They can be used in various settings being effective at preventing inhalation of fluid droplets, air pollutants, pollen, allergies and dust particles.
For added reassurance, the SGH N95 has an adjustable nose clip that facilitates a tight seal and a comfortable fit.
