REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction for our products and peace of mind in purchasing them.  If for some reason you experience any issues with our products please follow our below Refund and Return Policy:
 
1. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of the initial order placement. This must be in writing to info@sumnergrouphealth.com.
 
2. Refunds
No refunds are available for products delivered to customers unless they are damaged (see 3 below).
 
In the event that your products are more than 90 days late in being delivered to you then you will be eligible for a refund (see 4 below).
 
3. Damaged Products
If your products arrive damaged, please email info@sumnergrouphealth.com to notify us within 30 days of receiving the products.  Please provide full details relating to your claim, including the following:
 

  • Order number

  • Packing list

  • Location of goods

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Photographs of damaged products

 
On receipt of your notification we will review your claim and will notify you within 7 days if your claim is approved.
 
Once your claim has been approved we will communicate with you to arrange for the products to be returned to us.  We will endeavour to collect any damaged products from you and return them to the factory/ country of origin within 90 days of collection from you.  This timing is subject to freight availability at the time.
 
Once the damaged products have been returned to us we will endeavour to deliver replacement goods to you within 30 days. This timing is subject to inventory and freight availability at the time.
 
4. Delayed Delivery
If for some reason our products are more than 90 days late in being delivered to you, you will be eligible for a refund.  In this instance, please email info@sumnergrouphealth.com to notify us that the delivery of your goods is more than 90 days late.  Please provide full details relating to your claim, including the following:

  • Order number

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Bank account details for processing the refund

 
On receipt of your notification we will review your claim and will notify you within 30 days if your claim is approved.
 
Once your claim has been approved we will communicate with you to arrange for a refund to the bank account details provided within 30 days.
